Listserver “lag” issue solved
Several people told me about a “lag” issue by using gun.fllistserver.com.
It caused some kind of “frame-lag” while playing for some people.
This issue should be solved now.

I’m noticing a lot of
Failed to make connection to list server…,
Connecting to list server… comments in FLServer.
I don’t know how long it’s been going on.
It’s constant today however (07Jun2009 @ 1548 GMT-6)
Is there a way to verify that 24/7 FREELANCER-UNIVERSE is set up properly?

When trying to play multiplayer it no longer shows the global server. I had made the changes to the freelancer.ini that switched the global server to gun.fllistserver.com ;www.fllistserver.com and it was working. But sometime around tuesday night ort weds morning the games no longer shows any servers.

Sorry guys.
I have some private technical issues atm which resulted in having no access to the server atm (I can’t even access my mail account
).
I’ll try to get it back online asap.
I’ll change the crappy provider afai got the issues solved.

What is going on?
is it on now?
i found out today about this alternate global server
and i was happy but when i tried to play
all i get is the messege when i press “connect”.
‘cannot establish connection with the server ….
blah blah blah … ‘
my internet connection is fine, ports are open,
added to avast and internal firewall exeptions
but nothing.

What’s going on? Can anyone tell me?
I connect to the FLlistserver,
i get the list, i can ping the servers but cannot connect.
Also tried with the DirectIP but i still get the same.
BTW i’m on Vista SP1
